1 Service Acceptance

By scheduling a laundry or dry cleaning pickup with Aaj Laundry (via website, WhatsApp, or phone call), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2 Pickup & Delivery Policy

• Free Pickup & Delivery: Doorstep collection and delivery are free on all eligible orders above minimum order threshold (₹299).
• Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the time of pickup. Express orders are delivered within 24 hours.
• Rider Coordination: Our pickup representative will verify the garment count at your doorstep. We request customers to re-verify the count upon delivery.

3 Garment Care & Customer Responsibility

• Pocket Checking: Customers are requested to thoroughly check and empty all pockets (money, jewelry, pens, electronic items, sharp objects). Aaj Laundry is not liable for items left in pockets.
• Delicate & Color-Bleeding Fabrics: Please notify the pickup agent if any garment bleeds color or requires special delicate care.
• Stain Treatment: While we use professional eco-friendly stain removal treatments, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stubborn, pre-set, or chemical stains without damaging fabric integrity.

4 Loss, Damage & Claims

We handle all garments with utmost care using specialized commercial equipment. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during processing:

• Any discrepancies or claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order tag attached.
• Normal wear and tear, pre-existing tears, loose buttons, or fabric aging are not eligible for damage claims.
• In proven cases of negligence, compensation will be subject to our fair inspection policy (up to a maximum of 5x the service charge for that specific item).

5 Pricing & Payment Terms

All services are billed as per the official published rate card. We do not demand any advance payment. Payment can be made at the time of delivery via UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm), Cash on Delivery, or Net Banking.
